Project Description
This dual-site project focuses on the construction of two community halls — a Valmiki Samudaya Bhavan in Shirunja Village and another Samudaya Bhavan in Antur-Bentur Village, both situated in Gadag Taluka. Designed to empower rural communities, these halls will be equipped to support social programs, cultural events, and public meetings under the development package for 2022–2023.
Scope of Work
- Land preparation and layout marking for both construction sites.
- Construction of RCC-framed buildings with multipurpose halls and utilities.
- Electrical and sanitary fittings, painting, and finishing work.
- Development of compound wall, gates, and external landscaping.
- Approach paths and accessibility enhancements.
- Site cleaning and handover post-completion.
