About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising infrastructure and construction projects. You will work closely with site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of structures and infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical investigations.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and local authorities.
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report to project managers.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also apply
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction software
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Site execution and supervision
• Estimation and tendering
• Civil drawings and interpretation
• Understanding of government project documentation (if applicable)
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
